We live in the Barolo district of the Langhe region, an unique, generous, rich land where the eye is caught by the succession of hills changing their suggestive colors season after season.

We feel lucky, we were born in the land where Nebbiolo, a vine that can give strong emotions, best expresses its qualities. We grew up in the Cascina Rovella, in the Bussia area, on the ridge of the hill that from Monforte d'Alba descends towards Castiglione Falletto and overlooks the town of Barolo.

We are located in the heart of the Barolo district where the two types of soils, Tortonian and Elvezian, have formed hills which mingle and blend together in a perfect union. Limestone, clay, marl and sand expertly blended by nature, give us a rich soil characterized by an incredible diversity.

Each vineyard is different from the adjacent one; in structure, composition, exposure, altitude, microclimate and is diligently worked, in order to favor its natural character, giving us wines that express the terroir from which they come.

This is how our Cru wines are born, the flagship of our company: Bussia, Mosconi and Mariondino, noble and historic vineyards.

The Bussia stands out for its finesse thanks to the chalky, marly white soil, it is most distinguished in terms of elegance. Mosconi, in Monforte d'Alba is characterized by a white and tufaceous marly soil, it is the perfect combination of class, structure, tradition and vigor. The Mariondino cru, in Castiglione Falletto characterized by a marly-sandstone structure with sand veins gives life to a spicy and persuasive Barolo.
